Get alerts on your phone
Hear about new messages, bookings and leads straight away, and set quiet hours.

Notifications are per person and per device. Your team sets their own, and you're never told about something you did yourself.
Turn them on
- On a phone, install the app first. On an iPhone or iPad that's required.
- Open Notifications. It's also in the menu under your name.
- Under This device, choose Turn on notifications on this device, and allow them when your browser asks.
- Choose Send a test notification to check.
Do this on each device you want alerts on. Your devices lists them.
Choose what you hear about
Under What to tell you about, tick what matters: New messages, New bookings, Form leads, Unhappy ratings, AI handovers, Invoices paid and Quotes accepted.
If you can see several accounts, you can hear from Every account I can open, including new ones or Only the accounts I choose.
Quiet hours
Tick Pause notifications every night and set the times. Anything that comes in still waits for you in the app.
Choose Save notification settings when you're done.
Not getting them?
- If the page says they're blocked, allow notifications for this site in your browser or phone settings.
- iPhones and iPads need iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later, and the app added to the Home Screen.
