Save your products and prices

If you charge the same for the same job, save it as a product. You won't have to type it again.

Add a product

1. Open Products under Payments, and choose Add product.
2. Add a Name, like "Annual boiler service", and a Description if you want one.
3. Set the Price and Currency.
4. Add a tax rate if it's different from your standard one. Leave it blank to use the standard rate.
5. Choose Add product.

Use a product

When you write an invoice or quote, choose Add a product… and pick it. You can still change the price on that line.

You can also build a payment link from a product. The link follows the product's price.

Change or remove a product

Open it to edit it, or use the bin button to delete it. Invoices and quotes keep their own copy, so nothing already sent changes. Untick Active to stop offering it without deleting it.
