Campaigns and email templates
Send an email campaign
Write one email and send it to everyone, or just to contacts with certain tags.

A campaign is one email sent to many people, such as a seasonal offer or a reminder that it's time for a service.
Add your postal address first. Marketing emails should show it, and the editor reminds you if it's missing.
Write it
- Open Campaigns and choose Write a campaign, or New campaign if you've sent one before.
- Name it. Only your team sees this.
- Under Who gets it, send to everyone, or to Send to contacts tagged. You can also Leave out contacts tagged. The count updates as you choose.
- Add a Subject, and Preview text, the short line inboxes show after the subject.
- Write your Message. It's plain text: a blank line starts a new paragraph, and web addresses become links on their own.
- Use Insert to add the person's first name or your business name.
The footer with an unsubscribe link is added for you, and the email saves as you type.
Check it
Choose Send test to send it to yourself. The preview shows how it will look.
Send it
- Send now asks you to confirm how many people it's going to, then starts.
- Schedule lets you pick a date and time.
Unsubscribed contacts, contacts without an email address and repeats of the same address are left out automatically.
