BizOS keeps one short list down the side of the screen. Everything you do has one place to live, so you shouldn't need to learn a big menu.
What's in the sidebar
- Home shows what needs you now: what's waiting on you, today's schedule, recent activity and your pipeline.
- Inbox holds every text, email and website chat, one thread per person.
- Contacts is everyone you know. Tasks and Companies are tabs inside it.
- Pipeline shows the jobs you're chasing and what they're worth.
- Calendar shows your appointments and booking pages.
- Marketing is your website, emails, forms, reviews, links and files.
- Automations are the follow-ups that happen on their own.
- Payments is invoices, quotes, payment links and products.
- Reports tells you what's working.
- Apps is where you connect other tools and switch sections on or off.
- Learn is these guides, and Settings is for your business details, phone number and AI assistant.
On a phone, the bar at the bottom holds your main screens, and More opens the rest.
Add something from anywhere
Create, near the top of the sidebar, adds a contact, deal, task, invoice, quote, appointment or form without leaving what you're doing.
