Get more Google reviews

Each customer gets their own link to rate you. Those who rate you well are sent to Google. The rest get a private feedback form, so you can put things right.

Set it up once

1. Open Reviews and choose Review settings.
2. Paste your Google review link. How to find your link walks you through it. Use Test to check it opens the review box.
3. Choose Who goes to Google, such as 4 stars and above. Choose 1 star to send everyone to Google.
4. Check the text and email wording under Messages. Use suggested fills them in. Keep the review link in both.
5. Make sure Send review requests is on, and save.

Ask your customers

1. On Reviews, choose Ask for reviews.
2. Search for people or filter by tag, and tick who to ask.
3. Pick Text message or Email.
4. Send. Each request shows in that person's inbox thread.

You can also ask one person from their contact page with Ask for a review.

Ask automatically

The best time to ask is straight after the job. In Automations, use the Ask for a review after an appointment template. It sends your link two hours after you mark an appointment as completed.

Keep an eye on it

Reviews shows your Average rating, How people rated you, what people said, and Needs follow-up for low ratings.

Ratings of 3 or less can alert your phone, and the Rescue unhappy reviews template tags them for a follow-up.
