Links, QR codes and media
Create short links and QR codes
Short links that count clicks and tag the people who use them, and QR codes for anything printed.
2 min read
A short link sends people to a page and counts the clicks. When someone clicks a link sent to them in an email or text, it can also tag them, which can start an automation.
Create a link
- Open Links and choose New link.
- Give it a Name. Only your team sees this.
- Put the page people should land on in Goes to.
- Choose a Short address, like
summer-sale. - Add Tag contacts if you want to tag whoever clicks it.
- Choose Create link.
The list shows how many clicks each link has had, how many were unique, and when the last one was.
Use a link
- Choose Copy to paste it anywhere.
- In a campaign, use Insert then Trigger link to add it to the email.
- Start a workflow with the Link clicked trigger, for any link or just one.
Make a QR code
Choose QR beside a link. It's the best kind for printing, because it counts scans as clicks.
For any other web address, choose QR code for any address at the top of the page.
Download PNG for screens and documents, or SVG for print, because it stays sharp at any size. That's the one for a van or a flyer.
