Bill your clients

Set a monthly price per business. Each month's texts and emails, at your cost plus your markup, are added to the client's next invoice.

Connect Stripe

1. Open Billing & usage.
2. Under Get paid by your clients, choose Connect Stripe, and sign in to Stripe or create an account.

Set your costs

Under Your provider costs, add Your cost per text segment and Your cost per email, in pence. Check your provider's pricing or your last invoice.

Bill a client

Under Client billing, for each business:

1. Set a Monthly price and Currency.
2. Add a Billing email. It's where Stripe sends the invoices.
3. Set your Markup on texts and Markup on emails.
4. Choose Save and start billing.

Usage from before billing started isn't charged. Stop billing ends it.

See what's been used

The usage table on the same page shows each business's text segments, emails, messages received, bookings and automation runs this month.

Your own plan

Your plan shows your BizOS plan and trial. Choose a plan any time. You won't pay until the trial ends.
