Send a quote and get it accepted
Customers open a link, accept by typing their name, and you turn it into an invoice in one click.

Quotes work just like invoices, with one extra step: the customer accepts online.
Send a quote
- Open Quotes and choose New quote.
- Pick the Customer, add your Lines, and check the dates.
- Choose Save quote.
- On the quote, choose Send quote, pick Email or Text message, and send.
What the customer sees
They open the link and see the quote. To accept, they choose Accept this quote and type their full name, which counts as their signature. They can also decline and say why.
You'll see the status change, and who accepted and when, on the quote. If you've turned on notifications, you'll get an alert on your phone.
Turn it into an invoice
Open the accepted quote and choose Convert to invoice. All the lines carry over.
To do this automatically, tick Make an invoice when a customer accepts in Payment settings. The invoice waits as a draft for you to check.
How long a quote lasts
New quotes stay open for the number of days set in Days a quote stays open, in Payment settings. After that they show as expired.
