When money arrives by transfer or cash:
- Open the invoice and choose Mark as paid.
- Check the Amount. Change it for a part payment.
- Pick How it was paid, and choose Record payment.
See where things stand
The totals at the top of Invoices show what's in Draft, Due, Overdue and Paid. Click one to see just those invoices. Every payment is listed under Transactions.
Made a mistake?
- On a draft, use Edit or Delete draft in the More actions menu.
- On a sent invoice, use Void. The customer's link will say it was cancelled, and you keep the record.
- To remove a payment entered by mistake, use the bin button beside it on the invoice.
